¿¿¿ Se cierra “FASA”-Renault ???

¿Se cierra Fasa-Renault? En los últimos meses cada día más trabajador@s y vecin@s se hacen esta pregunta, y muchos responden con el corazón que NO, no es posible, no será para tanto, pero estas respuestas están basadas en cuestiones subjetivas y emocionales.

Si hacemos un análisis de los datos objetivos que a día de hoy conocemos, la respuesta cambia sustancialmente.

• Reducción drástica de plantilla desde el comienzo de la llamada “crisis del Modus”, cerca de 3000 eventuales perdieron sus puestos de trabajo, sus ilusiones y esperanzas. Pero además más de 1000 trabajadores se han ido a la calle, aunque de forma pactada, pero han sido despedidos, y esos puestos de trabajo no se han cubierto.
• Continua disminución de las producciones, a costa de perder turnos de trabajo, primero el de noche y posteriormente el de tarde. De cerca de 1200 vehículos/día, en la actualidad se están produciendo 380 veh/día, y con previsión de seguir bajando más.


• PINTURA: tras realizar una importantísima inversión en una nuevas instalaciones de pinturas al agua, más ecológica y respetuosa con el medio ambiente, y que incitaba a pensar que con tales instalaciones había futuro, nos enteramos que el fin último de estas era servir de “laboratorio” del grupo para homologar una nueva pintura sin aprestos (menos mano de obra) para una vez homologada implantarla en Marruecos. Cabe recordar que la Junta de Castilla y León subvencionó en gran medida esta reciente obra.
• MOTORES: desde el inicio del declive de Montaje por las bajas ventas del Modus, la factoría de Motores parecía estar al margen de esta situación, y equivocadamente la despreciaba, se sentía garantía de futuro, pero desde la vuelta de las vacaciones estivales, motores está sufriendo un importante descenso de producción, perdidas de turnos de trabajo (el de noche, aunque ya había perdido también el de tarde en la línea de gasolina), y han comenzado los compañer@s a sufrir las medidas de flexibilidad a imagen y semejanza de lo que paso en Montaje y que finalmente derivaron en un ERE que aún sufrimos. Han perdido sus puestos de trabajo los eventuales que quedaban.
Además uno de los proyectos que iban a desarrollarse en Motores (SD2GTurbo), y que iban a suponer una gran carga de trabajo ha sido concedido ya una parte a la India, y por si esto fuera poco, Turquía ha logrado el certificado de calidad en la fabricación de Motores, y se la ha concedido el mercado de los países árabes.
• Otro dato a tener en cuenta, es la paralización del contrato relevo a mas de 1000 trabajadores, que aunque parece ser solo hasta diciembre, sospechamos que será durante el año 2009, esta medida impide el rejuvenecimiento de la plantilla, realmente necesaria, así como una mayor cualificación de la misma, a la vez que está generando un clima de mal estar entre aquellos trabajadores que tenían que estar disfrutando de un merecido descanso.

A todos estos datos estrictamente relacionados con la producción y la fábrica, hay que sumarle otro que aunque a priori pasa desapercibido, tiene una gran relevancia, y no es otro que la dimisión y la negativa a reelección de distintos cargos, curiosamente todos con gran responsabilidad en cuanto a Renault y promesas incumplidas. El primero de todos ha sido la dimisión del director de Renault-España, Sr. Fdez. de Sevilla, el cual se comprometió a traer un nuevo vehículo a Valladolid a costa del sacrificio y pérdidas de derechos por parte de los trabajador@s, y cuando se conceden dos coches a Francia, presenta su dimisión. ¿Curioso?
El siguiente en la lista es la sorprendente negativa a presentarse a la reelección del Sr. Villanueva, Consejero de Economía y empleo de la Junta de C y L, hombre importante del PP castellano leonés, casualmente relacionado con los últimos ERE´s y con la otorgación de subvenciones para el mantenimiento del empleo, drásticamente destruido. ¿No querrá enfrentase a su responsabilidad? ¿Curioso?
Y finalmente, el tercero en discordia, pero no menos importante es el caso de Luis Miguel Gómez, delegado provincial de CCOO que no optará a su reelección. ¿Curioso lo de este liberado de Renault?

Y para concluir en cuanto a datos y motivos objetivos para dar una u otra respuesta a la pregunta del principio, queda una cuestión de carácter más general, que no es otra que la evolución del mercado automovilístico a nivel mundial, y sobre todo una vez que se comienza a vislumbrase con algo más de claridad la contundencia de la crisis económica-capitalista en la que estamos inmersos, y que ha sacudido a este sector, con un notable descenso de las ventas de vehículos. Situación que incluso ha tocado a un de las más emblemáticas y representativas marcas del sector, la GM, cerca de la quiebra. Y más cercanos son los casos de SEAT, NISSAN, IVECO, etc.

Tras este breve análisis, la intención es que cada un@ obtenga su conclusión de forma objetiva, sin que las emociones y subjetividades nos impida la reflexión racional. No pretendo asustar a nadie, porque al igual que estos datos nos hacen pensar en un cierre, también soy consciente que en el momento que seamos capaces de asimilar tal idea, seremos capaces de ponernos en marcha para evitarlo. Confío en la responsabilidad de los trabajador@s y las clases populares de este pueblo como ya han demostrado en otras ocasiones para defender nuestros intereses como clase para no desaparecer como pueblo.
Tan solo nos queda el camino de la lucha y la movilización, para frenar el aniquilamiento de nuestro tejido industrial basado en su mayoría en la automoción, y que nos condenaría a la miseria y a unas cifras de desempleo preocupante. Si somos conscientes del mal, seremos capaces de poner el remedio, la UNIDAD y la LUCHA. Las soluciones la tenemos en nuestras manos.

La unidad y la lucha es el camino.
